Album Details

Rifleman is the new solo project from Superheist songwriter, founder and guitarist, Richie ‘dw’ Norton and breath of fresh air for fans of the heavy rock icon.

With almost 30 years of ripping up the Aussie heavy rock scene, this first solo effort is long overdue and will not disappoint! Rifleman left no stone un-turned in their quest to find the perfect assortment of the ingredients required to make an unbelievably strong hard rock record. The opening track, and debut single, ‘KEEP THE STORY ALIVE’ hits the ground running with signature guitar riffage and an unstoppable drive that doesn’t quit. It paves the way for a solid and complete record that will surprise some, and delight many.

The CD edition of ‘Silver & Gold’ contains an album-only bonus track – a cover of ‘The White Buffalo & The Forest Rangers’ track ‘Come Join The Murder’. Avid fans of Sons of Anarchy will recognise this track and, we’re tipping, will appreciate the Norton’s respectful rendition of it.

Released on 27th October exclusively through Dinner For Wolves, ‘Silver & Gold’ is an album which will have you coming back for more.
